Pharmaceutical giant Roche has retained two real-estate development consultants to assist in the sale of the 119-acre corporate campus, straddling Clifton and Nutley, that the company is vacating.
The companies are Paulus Sokolowski and Sartor Engineering and AJS Capital Holdings LLC, both based inWarren, Roche spokesperson Darien Wilson said Tuesday.
